He opened hotels from the ground up, including extended-stay and dual-branded projects, and carried the P&L, the payroll and the hiring decisions himself.
Since 2026, as Director of Sales and Marketing at x·quic, he has worked hotel cost recovery and profit protection from the vendor side, deepening the P&L and margin knowledge a fractional advisor needs.
